Put a smile on our athletes by being a part of our volunteer team. We need volunteers with many skill sets, not just alpine skiing or snowboarding!

Steps to Volunteer

Step 1: Review the Volunteer Policies below


Step 2: If you have not volunteered for our program in the past two seasons, please complete the request for background screen here.  Otherwise, we will notify if you need to update your previous background screening.


Step 3: Move United/GDSP Waiver and Liability Release (Sign Online)


Step 4: Vail Waiver (Print document at the bottom of this page, complete, and bring with you)


Step 5: Read the Code of Conduct (Available at the bottom of this page)

Volunteer Policies

Waivers

All waivers must be completed before participating in any on hill activities.

Move United/GDSP Waiver and Liability Release (Sign Online)

Vail Waiver (Download below and bring with you)

Required Age

Volunteers must be 16 or older unless supervised by an adult volunteer (18 or older) as a volunteer in training. All volunteer tasks are assigned with age, maturity, and skill level in mind.

Code of Conduct

Volunteers must agree to the GDSP Code of Conduct found at the bottom of this page.

Background Screen

Volunteers over 18 must pass a background screen before interacting with our athletes.
